There is only one way to categorize Saad and that is as a consummate professional.  We were in the midst of some post go-live issues and seeking a qualified contractor to help us resolve them in a unique system landscape. Saad was the first interview conducted, and we called off our search midway through the next contractor interviewed, knowing that we had found the best in the market right out of the gate. He arrived on site and immersed himself within the team and business community in only a matter of a few days, during a very critical time for our business.  He exhibited a unique ability to clearly communicate issues and paths to resolution through all levels of the organization, technical team, functional personnel, and up through the CIO level. His excellent analytical skills provided solutions in a timely manner as well as using all the resources at his disposal.  I would not hesitate to invite Saad back if we had the opportunity to do so in the future.
